Nightmare In Columbia County

Hi everyone I am looking for your help I have been looking for this film for ages it is called nightmare in Columbia county or victim of beauty the dawn smith story I can’t seem to find the DVD anywhere I can find the video on Amazon but I would really like it on DVD it is about a beauty pageant contestant who is getting stalked by her sisters killer she keeps on getting phone calls from him and she gets one on the day of her sisters funeral and he tells her every little detail of how he killed her it has got William Devane and Jeri Ryan in it I have looked everywhere for it like Woolworths, W.H smith, blockbusters, HMV, play and a lot of other movie websites I can think of the film is a true story that happened in south Carolina in the 1980s it is one of my favourite movies so if anyone could help me find the DVD I would really appreciate it and I will give you 500 entrecard credits thank you
