Trying to get pregnant

Has anyone trying for a baby or have been in the past well I was wondering if you could help me see me and my fiancé have been trying for a baby now for the last 5 months but nothing seems to have happened and I’m getting really frustrated now and I don’t know what to do about 2 years ago I was on the depo-provera jag but I only had one of them and it took about a year for my body to go back to normal the way that it was before I know of only 2 things I could do to help it along I could cut down on caffeine but I don’t really drink a lot of that anyway only about 3 cups a day.

And I could stop smoking but it is really hard I’ve been smoking for 13 years and I’ve tried stopping about a millions times before and I don’t drink so I don’t really know what else to try I’m running out of ideas I just hope that I’m not infertile can a stillbirth make a woman infertile because I had a stillbirth 2 years ago in January and I just hope that hasn’t ruined my chances cause we want a baby so much so if anyone knows any great ways to speed things up like what to eat what sex positions are best that sort of thing then I would really appreciate it.
